As a Content Creator, you have:
Post-secondary education preferably in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing
5+ years previous experience in a print/online content creation capacity, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders in a large, multi-business unit environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Strong research, writing and editing skills
Solid background in execution of communications and marketing plans
Awareness of the “sales process” used by financial planners and investment dealer sales representatives in order to focus on key communication objectives
Very detail-oriented, self-starter and deadline driven
Receptive and adaptive to an ever-changing work environment
Strong technical skills working with various applications such as Microsoft Office 365, Digital Content Management systems
Experience working with external vendors including translation, design, printing and digital suppliers
Bilingualism an asset
