About the Applicant
You have experience in the advertising world whether client-side, in a creative agency, or in a commercial production house. You know the players here in Toronto and even internationally. You understand the connection between the creative work and the client's interests and ambitions. You know how Commercials are produced and the companies and people who make them. You are also interested in long-form narrative film and television. You appreciate the difference between working in a small entrepreneurial firm and working in a large structured organization. Consequently, you are comfortable adjusting to needs as they arise and going the distance while operating with a high degree of professionalism. You have excellent manners, polish, and personal discretion, and respect for confidentiality. About the Position
The position includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
Field inbound communications for commercial projects.
Build custom reels for artist submissions
Manage clients' holds and schedules
Request / evaluate / discuss creative materials
Liaise with producers on bookings status
Communicate and coordinate other agents
Draft, review, negotiate, and coordinate execution of agreements
Follow up with clients and producers after job is complete for various matters
Manage and ensure timely and complete payment
Track, chase, acquire, convert, and process client work into our internal systems.
Maintain good working relationships with commercial producers
Remain in regular contact with clients
Communicate internally with team about opportunities and client strategy

Salary: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
Commercial production: 3 years (Preferred)
