Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for a Social Media & Database Coordinator to join their team. This role is a 4-month contract, with possibility for extension.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities

Update and manage Advisory team content and posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and additional social media sites;
Perform data entry and maintain and update Salesforce CRM database;
Print client letters and run reports;
Import & export spreadsheets;
Perform additional administrative duties as required.


Skills & Qualifications

Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Business or Commerce undergraduate degree program with a concentration in Marketing or in a Social Media program;
Interest in gaining exposure to the wealth management industry;
Previous related experience, with knowledge related to databases an asset;
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Intermediate computer skills: good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to take initiative and work independently.
