Payworks’ is currently seeking a full-time term Graphic and Digital Media Designer , with the possibility of extension.
Are you a talented Graphics and Digital Media Designer with a passion for creating engaging marketing collaterals and keen eye for both great aesthetics and finer details? Are you able to demonstrate a range of design concepts that include branding/identity, digital and communication design with a well-rounded design portfolio?

GRAPHICS, DIGITAL MEDIA & VIDEO PRODUCTION - IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
+ Ensure brand standards are adhered to and exercise excellent attention to detail
+ Conceptualize, create and coordinate design projects such as: brochures, print ads, presentations, explainer and training videos, infographics, web and social media content, tradeshow signage etc.
+ Create, edit and apply visually appealing photography, typography, illustrations, and layouts to the Payworks’ portfolio of collateral and across mediums from print to social media
+ Keep current with trends and technological developments
+ Manage, organize and maintain design files and photography
+ Collaborate with the in-house marketing team as well as an Agency of Record
+ Communicate interdepartmentally in order to gather technical specifications and to effectively coordinate, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects
+ Communicate with suppliers, obtain estimates and coordinate production

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
+ Successful completion of a two-year graphics, multimedia and/or digital design diploma and at least 3 years related work experience
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
+ Solid understanding of print and digital production best practices
+ Photography experience an asset
